Our iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR was developed specifically for the cleanroom. It offers the same technical specifications as our PRT-04-100 and also has lower particle emissions thanks to coverings on the outer ring. 10kg of load and a speed of 0.5m/s gives us a Class 3 result, and a structure with a 180° pivoting movement and 0.1m/s gives us Class 4.

Our universal sliding elements achieve excellent coefficients of friction and wear, even with high loads. The flexible Z design allows them to be used for individual installation sizes. The crossbar connections allow them to be adjusted to different diameters. Their height can also be adjusted, so they can meet different tolerances. The sliding elements' symmetrical structure means that all load directions can be accommodated with just one component. The sliding elements require no lubrication or maintenance and are therefore perfectly suited for dry operation.
