Long-life with dimensional stability

The new stainless steel conveyor rollers with zirconium oxide ceramic bearings in PEEK adapters are currently available in sizes Ø 30 mm for a shaft diameter of 8 mm and Ø 38 mm for a shaft diameter of 10 mm. They impress with their high material stability, excellent temperature and chemical resistance, and low-maintenance, durable construction. This makes them ideal for demanding industrial conveyor processes.

Tech up:

• Thermally usable up to 250°C and highly chemically resistant

Cost down:

• Hardly any material fatigue leads to a longer service life and extended maintenance intervals

Proof:

• Test parameters in the igus laboratory: 50 N, 500 rpm, 2,800,000 cycles: 40 times longer service life compared to high-temperature plastic material
